Exercise
INSTRUCTIONS
Exercise
For the exercise given, we are tasked with a series of multiple exercises as listed below and are required to complete it within 10 weeks of learning and adapting to the fundamentals of environment design.
FEEDBACK
Week 2
Try to add stones to the right part to fill the empty space. Change the size of the statues and the torches, and refer to the perspective (the further it is the smaller it becomes).
REFLECTIONS
For the first task, it took so much time to do it. The exercise itself was fun but it was time-consuming. I was quite overwhelmed by the work, probably because I was doing it too much in the early stages. Nevertheless, the exercise was fun and I learned a lot from this because I get to fix my drawing for perspective and exploring angles.

Exercise
For the exercise given, we are tasked with a series of multiple exercises as listed below and are required to complete it within 10 weeks of learning and adapting to the fundamentals of environment design.
- Perspective drawings
- Composition
- Value painting
- Ambience
- Color management
- Vignette set design
- Photo bashing
Complete the exercise sketchbook. Note that each progression is to be drawn on
2000 X 3000 pixels 150 dpi 16.9 ratio landscape for weekly practice.
I did the perspective exercise first to start up.
Then I proceed on sketching an environment with a temple as the focus point.
After getting approved by Mr. Kannan, I proceeded on using this drawing as my reference for making other angles. So I made 4 more.
The third angle is another close-up shot but from a different angle.
The fifth shot is a close-up shot from another different angle.
After making these sketches I proceeded on making another sketch and also adding value to all of the sketches.

Week 3
Mr. Kannan said he liked the shot but removed the lines and keep it simple. Evaluate the perspective again (further means smaller).
