LECTURES
Four our third week, Mr. Fauzi present to us about Introduction to Photoshop 2
Lasso Tool
The lasso tool allows us to draw and pinpoint specific areas of a document. The lasso tool can be used for cutting and pasting objects from a photo. The lasso tool is great to use with a graphic tablet because it is similar to a pencil. Unlike a mouse or trackpad, a graphic tablet can give a better flow when drawing and making selections.
How to use the lasso tool:
Pen Tool
The pen tool is the most common option that can be used to create a path from scratch. The pen tool is the way that you add these points and the way you drag the tool as you create the points determines how they will look. The fewer the points, the smoother a path will be.
How to use the pen tool:
The pen tool is a versatile tool in Photoshop that can be used to create extremely precise shapes and paths, using manually placed anchor points. Although commonly used to make selections, the pen tool was not natively made as a "selection tool".
Layering
Layers are different images stacked on top of each other. You can use each layer without affecting other layers when your making adjustments. Together these layers form one final image.
The benefit of using layers is that you can save a Photoshop file with all the layers included. This means that you can use layers for non-destructive editing. Adjustments made in Photoshop will never destroy the original image. The layers contain all the extra information and images you want to add to the original file.

Week 3 Task
During the tutorial, Mr. Fauzi showed us a video about him creating a digital collage. This video is used for reference on creating the collage later.
For the third week's task, we were told to create 3 digital collages by using several images that Mr. Fauzi provided for us. Mr. Fauzi also showed us another video of him creating another digital collage that is used for reference.

COMPOSITION #2

COMPOSITION #3

Mr. Fauzi thinks that COMPOSITION #2 is the best out of all three of these compositions. So COMPOSITION #2 will be my final composition.

FEEDBACK
Mr. Fauzi commented, "This is a good series of digital collage. COMPOSITION #2 is the best. Good job Reagan".
REFLECTIONS
This week's exercise is quite fun. Although it may be similar to the previous task, I had fun creating these collages. The task wasn't really hard because it feels pretty similar to the previous task so I was able to do it pretty quick. The lecture is straight forward and I was able to understand them.
