INSTRUCTIONS
After getting feedback from Ms. Anis, I had to make changes to the hands as they look too small.
So I finally start creating my 8 sketches for poses.
After finishing the sketches I proceed on choosing the 4 poses for the final full-body poses. I chose poses 1, 3, 4, and 7.
Upon finishing this, I proceeded to the next part which is making the 8 expressions.
Outfit Studies and Weapon Designs
After completing these two tasks, we are required to be making 5 outfit studies and variation sketches, and 5 equipment/weapons designs. So I created 5 different outfits with different weapons.
What I was trying to do is to match the weapon according to the outfit theme. I tried to add as many ideas into the outfits including the previous ideas from the previous task and tried to create the outfits in different ways.
We are also required to give the turnaround study of the default outfit with the weapons.
FEEDBACK
Repair the hands on the turnaround. Design a new outfit for the character (like an outfit whenever he's using on a daily basis, look up to his culture). Need to see how he is when I'm using the color palette. Apply the expression on the favorite pose. Pose 1 got that sassy onto it, it's classic.
Apply shading on the character and identify what are the materials for the props. Add more details and use dark background for the color study.
REFLECTIONS
This task is quite fun and I quite enjoy making it. All this task is basically just pure drawing and coloring. The hardest part is to think about the outfits and the weapons but I just drew anything that comes up to my mind when I thought of the demon features and the outfits from the Nordic region. Still, I think might be the funnest task since I had to draw lots of different poses and expressions for my character. It feels like the character has been more and more lively when I finished drawing them. I tend to enjoy on creating poses since it has been my favorite thing to do when drawing.
